FleetKleen – Industrial Strength Bio-Remedial • Enzymatic Cleaner & Degreaser

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
FleetKleen™ is a new concept in the cleaning and degreasing of driveways, concrete floors, metal grating, cement and most solid surfaces. This product utilizes Bio-Remedial technology to literally “eat” grease, oil, and hydrocarbons off any hard surface.  This process uses naturally occurring, harmless micro-organisms with specially formulated bio-surfactants to degrade these hydrocarbons. FleetKleen™ contains no solvents and is non-flammable. It is non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-corrosive and non-caustic. When this product is used in a routine maintenance program, it will effectively help to maintain a clean and safe environment while effectively and economically eliminating hazardous hydrocarbon pollution in the work place.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
FleetKleen™ is a highly concentrated liquid. Whichever procedure you decide to follow, you must mix this product at a minimum ratio of 15 parts water to 1 part FleetKleen™ in order for this product to work effectively. You may add more water, if necessary, for economy or as your application may dictate.

PRESSURE WASHER PROCEDURE:

1. Insert the mixing tube of the pressure washer directly into the spout of the container.
2. This product must be mixed at a minimum of 15 parts water to 1 part FleetKleen™.
3. Adjust concentration levels as appropriate.
4. Apply the mixture directly on the area you wish to clean and degrease.
5. Use the “pressure” to aerate and agitate the “stubborn” areas.
6. Allow the area to remain wet for as long as possible.
7. Very old stains may need several applications.

MANUAL SPRAYER & BRUSH PROCEDURE:

1. Pre-mix FleetKleen™ in an industrial sprayer at an appropriate concentration level.
2. This product must be mixed at a minimum of 15 parts water to 1 part FleetKleen™.
3. Spray the stained area with the mixture, Be sure to cover the area to be cleaned.
4. Wait a few minutes before going to next step.
5. Agitate and aerate the area with a stiff brush or broom.
6. Allow the area to remain wet for as long as possible.
7. Very old stains may need several applications.

Liquid Remediact  – Microbial Hydrocarbon Remediation Formula

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Liquid Remediact™ is a newly developed product that was created to solve soil & water hydrocarbon contamination problems. This product has the ability to bioremediate most hydrocarbons with a minimum amount of equipment, labor and cost.  What sets Liquid Remediact™ apart from all other products is the high concentration of live synergistic bacteria, in a remediation liquid, that quickly starts the bio-remediation process. Because of its relatively low cost, Liquid Remediact™ is the ideal solution for most industries to solve their own hydrocarbon contamination problems.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
Liquid Remediact™ is highly concentrated. This product must be mixed in a ratio of 10 parts water to 1 part Liquid Remediact™. Changing this dilution is not recommended. Each mixed or diluted gallon will remediate approximately one cubic yard of soil or 200 gallons of water. Liquid Remediact™ is an exceptionally universal product and can be applied to in-situ and ex-situ contamination projects by any of the following methods:

SpillAWay+ Absorbent

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
SpillAway+ Absorbent introduces a new era in the absorption & disposal of hydrocarbon contaminants in the work place. This product merges the technologies of a pharmaceutical grade, highly efficient absorbent with safe & effective microbes utilizing the exciting technique of Bio-Remediation.  When used as directed, SpillAway+ Absorbent can eliminate the need for costly, special and highly inefficient disposal of all hydrocarbons on solid surfaces. The high absorbency of this product makes it the ideal product to absorb oil, diesel fuel, gasoline, kerosene, etc. and then literally “eat” the contamination with its bio-remedial properties. It will completely absorb on contact and will not leach. The surface will be completely dry, free of the contaminant, and skid resistant. As an added benefit there is a significant reduction of hydrocarbon odor. Because of the pharmaceutical grade of this absorbent & the completely harmless microbes that are used, SpillAway+ Bio-Remedial Absorbent can be used in most commercial & industrial environments including food processing & packaging areas.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
SpillAway+ Bio-Remedial Absorbent ™ can be used to absorb & bio-remediate all petroleum hydrocarbons. Use the following instructions as a general guideline for this product.

1. If for use on a fresh spill, use just enough SpillAway+ Absorbent on the spill perimeter to create a barrier around the spill.

2. Apply SpilIAway+ Bio-Remedial Absorbent ™ liberally to the spill itself so it covers the spill surface in an excess amount.

3. When the oil has been absorbed by the powder (it turns dark gray) you have two options:

• You can prevent the spill from staining the surface by spraying the SpillAway+ Bio-Remedial Absorbent ™ with water, agitating the material with a brush or broom and leave the material in place overnight or…

• Gather or sweep up the powder and place it in a spare bucket and reuse at a later time. SpillAway+ Bio-Remedial Absorbent ™ may be reused until it will no longer absorb. Once the material is saturated, place it in a bucket or drum with water. Agitate it and let the microbes do their work. After they’ve eaten the oil (usually most of it is gone in 48 hours), you can dispose of the material in the trash or throw it on the lawn; it will act like mulch.

4. SpillAway+ Bio-Remedial Absorbent ™ will leave the surface free from contamination, skid resistant and safe to work or walk on.

OFM-500™ Bio-Remedial Treatment For Oil Field Maintenance

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This product was developed to meet the demanding needs of the “oil-drilling” industry. It has been specially formulated to treat & clean crude oil and its by-products on hard surfaces, soils, gravel, pits, machinery & oil rigs. The highly effective cleaners & degreasers developed for this product effectively break-down all known components of the crude oil. Further, the bio-remedial “action” of the harmless micro-organisms, turn the harmful components into safe, environmentally friendly substances that can be absorbed into the soil or discharged into drainage systems. This product contains no solvents & is non-flammable. It is non-hazardous, non-corrosive & non-caustic. It is manufactured under strict quality control standards making it one of the safest cleaning products on the market for both you and the environment.

We recommend that OFM-500™ be used as a major part of a routine maintenance program in all phases of the drilling process.

HOW TO USE
Dilute 1 part OFM-500™ to 15 to 30 parts water depending on the intensity of the application. For example, 1 gallon of OFM-500™ makes 15 to 30 gallons of diluted product that is ready for use. A water temperature between 80° F. & 90° F. is the optimum temperature for use with this product but, it will perform very well in any water temperature between 40° F. & 120° F. Apply this product using a pressure or industrial pump sprayer or manually from a drum or pail. When spraying use sufficient pressure to break the surface tension. If pressure is not used, manually agitate & aerate OFM-500™ on the surface being treated. In other words, use a stiff broom or brush on rocks, soil, gravel, grass & trees if it is inconvenient to use a sprayer. Remember that you must mix this product, as described above, in order for both the cleaning effect & the bio-remedial process to take place.

Do not exceed a water temperature of 125°F.
